The number of weeks later would be the lowest common multiple of 4,8,12 and 16.

That number would have to have as prime factors at least four 2's, and one 3. That means the ships return together
2^4 x 3 = ? weeks later.

Assume it is not a leap year

What is 48 weeks after Janaury 2?
1953 was not a leap year.
