F(x) = (4x+7) + (x^2-2x).
F(x) = Y = x^2 + 2x + 7.

X = -B/2A = -2/2 = -1.
Y = (-1)^2 + 2(-1) + 7 = 6.

Min. point: (x,y) = (-1,6).
