The sides of two squares are 4cm and 6cm. Find the ratio of their areas and their perimeters.

area of smaller = 16
perimeter of smaller = 16

area of larger = 36
perimeter of larger = 24

area of smaller : larger = 16:36 = 4 : 9
perimeter of smaller:larger = 16:24 = 2:3
