what does omni-powerful mean?

omni- = all
omniscient = all knowing
omnipotent = all powerful
omnipresent = present everywhere
etc.

I think it is a made up word to mean in all things powerful.

Of course you can use it. Omni isn't a word but a prefix that you can add to almost any word as Writeacher has shown.

Unless you're quoting verbatim, I'd change it to "all-powerful."

I agree with Ms. Sue -- you should use "all-powerful." You could also use "omnipotent." But you probably shouldn't use omni-powerful!!
