I would convert density of 1.00 g/mL to lbs/cu ft. I believe that is 62.5 lb/s cubit feet.
Convert 208,000 gallons to cubic ft. There are 231 cu ft in a gallon.
mass = volume x density. You know volume in cu ft, you know density in lb/cu ft, solve for mass in lbs. Then convert to tons. Post your work if you get stuck.
