If you want to do this by the unit factor method, do this.
(0.75 lb/med loaf) x # med loaves = 3.75 lbs. The # med loaves unit cancel so lbs = lbs. Solve for # med loaves. When I was in school I never could remember which number was the numerator and which was the denominator. Doing it by the unit factor method always told me which number was on top and which was on the bottom.

It's 5. Divide 3 by 3/4 and that gives you 4 so then add the other 3/4 that she uses so 5, medium loads of bread
