cosTheta=1/secT=-3/20
so Theta is in the second, or third quadrant.
If Theta is in the second quadrant, the sine is positive. If in the third quadrant, sine is negative.
cos^2 t= 9/400
sin^2 T= 1-9/400= 391/400
sinT= +- sqrt(391)/20
TanT = sinT/cosT=
second quadrant=-sqrt(391)/3
third quadrant= sqrt(391)/3
so Theta is in the second, or third quadrant.
