(1/4)in * 6 ft/in = 1.5 ft/side
so 2.25 ft^2 /square
Bathroom = 2.25*6=13.5 ft^2
Bedroom = 2.25*20= 45 ft^2
Living room = 2.25*28=63 ft^2
tiny house
a. 5 * 13.5
b. (18/9)(45+63)
c. tile is $5/ft^2, carpet is $2/ft^2
so 2.25 ft^2 /square
Bathroom = 2.25*6=13.5 ft^2
Bedroom = 2.25*20= 45 ft^2
Living room = 2.25*28=63 ft^2

it would cost $480 to tile the bathroom
It would cost $1536 to carpet the bedroom and living room.
The tile has a greater unit cost because $5 per square foot for the tile is greater than $2 per square foot for the carpet.
*sorry can't explain*

1/4= 0.25
Now, if we multiply 0.25 by the $5 and 6 square ft, you get 7.5
The bedroom and bathroom have a square yard total of 48, if you multiply that by the 0.25 and $18, you get $216.
Then, the carpet is a greater unit cost because it is priced higher than the tile. Though, the tile is cheaper, it’s be a better deal.
