Make a ratio comparing the two values; you can use either 5:15 or 15:5
A ratio, as always can be written as a fraction, like this:
5/15 or 15/5
Simplify the fraction:
1/3 or 3
Convert back into ratio:
1:3 or 3
Depending on the type of ratio you need, you can use either one.
Hope this helps!

its three think about it if the length of the wall is 5 cm and the actual is 15 what do you multiply 5 to get that answer. 3 so each cm equals 3
:3
