Question

what is the importance of ph to biological systems in the human body?
I have an answer but is there anything else I could include and is my answer justified?

My answer:
Changes in the ph could be harmful, Natural buffers prevent rapid or large changes in the pH of living things. For example, humans have ways of balancing their pH in blood with bicarbonate. Our kidneys alter the amounts of excess bases and acids as well.
