Balance the equations for oxide reduction method:
KMnO4 + KCl ---> MnCl2 + Cl2

There' s no oxide on the right side of the equation while it is on the left side. So its an incorrect equation.

The problem is that you don't have all of the reactants and products shown.
You need H2SO4 (or another acid) on the left and H2O and K2SO4 (or the salt of the another acid used) on the right.
