If you mean radioactive decay, it's physics, not chemistry. Anyways, you might want to take a look at the half life formulas of radioactive decay.

Some more information about the actual question could be helpful. Maybe something like a few equations.

Think about what the size actually represents in meters. Whats the amount of meters 10 cm represents? And 1dm? Just calculate everything to meters and see if the length is bigger/smaller/equal.
