Tom takd 3 days to do a piece work while jerry take only one day for the same . Together. They both can finish the job in 15 days. In how many days tom will finish the work.

How many pieces can they do together in a day?
Tom = 1/3 piece/day
Jerry = 3/3 pieces/day
so together 4/3 piece per day
so how many pieces in the job?
4/3 piece/day * 15 days = 20 pieces
so how long would it tale Tome alone?
20 pieces * 3 days/piece = 60 days

Of course by then it may snow.
