n-m=(nXm)-5-----eqtn. 2

solve by elimination

n+m=(nXm)+1-----eqtn. 1

n-m=(nXm)-5-----eqtn. 2

2m=6

m=3
subst. to eqtn 1 or 2

n+m=(nXm)+1-----eqtn. 1
n+3=3n+1
-2n=-2
n=1

therefore, the nos. are 3 and 1
