what is technical process description?

All i have in the book is "descriptions of house things work or happen divides the process into the parts or principles."

That still doesn't answer your question about parts or principles involved. I wonder if you understand the question, Amy. There is a college textbook with the title TECNICAL COMMUNICTION PARTS AND PRINCIPLES, but we can't download the whole book.
