How many moles of chloride ions are in 100mL of a 0.3molar solution of AlCl3?
#moles Cl =(.3M AlCl3)(.1L)(105g/mol / 132g/m0l)

Close but I don't think so.
mols AlCl3 = M x L = 0.3M x 0.1L = ?
Then mols Cl^- is 3x that. . I don't think you need to convert to grams; the problem asks for mols.
