A child rides a ferrisvwheel for 3.5 minutes. If a rotation covers 986 feet and it rotates 1.5 times per minute, what is the velocity of the ride? Whats the mistake?

so it makes 3.5/1.5 rotations, so
velocity=rotations*distance/time
= 3.5/1.5*986/(3.5*60) ft/sec
