I don't know how moral these solution are, probably not moral at all. Do you mean molarity or molality? I assume you want molality since you gave no density of the solution.
XEtOH = 0.05; therefore, XH2O = 0.95
Take 1 mol of solution; it will contain 0.05 mols EtOH and 0.95 mols H2O.
0.95 mols H2O has a mass of 0.95 x 18 = about 17.1 g or 0.0171 kg.
Definition m = mols solute/kg solvent
m = 0.05 mols EtOH/0.0171 kg H2O = ? m or approx 3 m.
