y = 5x√(121-x^2)
This is an odd function, so algebraically, the area is zero -- equal areas above and below the x-axis.

By symmetry, the geometric area is

a = 2∫[0,11] 5x√(121-x^2) dx
If you let u = 121-x^2, du = -2x dx, so
a = 2∫[121,0] -5/2 √u du
= -5 (2/3) u^(3/2) [121,0]
= 5 (2/3) 1331 = 13310/3
