Question

Speed: A block lies on a horizontal frictionless surface. A horizontal force of 100 N is applied to the block, giving rise to an acceleration of 3 m/s2. What is the speed of the block after 10s?

I think I would just multiple the two and put it in terms of speed but I am not sure.

V = Vo + a*t =

Vo = 0
a = 3m/s^2
t = 10 s.
Solve for V.
