A perpendicular to the line -4x +3 = 0 point (8, 5). Determine its equation

x = 4/3 undefined

The way you typed it ...
-4x + 3 = 0
-4x = -3
x = 3/4
This is a vertical line, so its perpendicular is a horizontal line
and this one would be y = 5

so you are correct, even though your statement
"x = 4/3 undefined" makes little sense.
