I don't think so. Speed is measured in units of distance/time. 15 m/s^2 is 15 m/s/s

No. Velocity has the same problem as speed. The units are not right. It is true that speed is a scalar quantity and velocity is a vector quantity; however, both have units of distance/time; i.e., miles/hour or m/s
