Find the magnitude of the sum of two forces, one 24 N and the other 9 N, when the angle between them is 60.0o.

24N[60o] + 9N[0o]
X = 24*Cos60 + 9*Cos0 = 21 N.
Y = 24*sin60 + 9*sin0 = 20.8 N.
Fr^2 = 21^2 + 20.9^2 = 873.64
Fr = 29.6 N.
