It can't be A because that's an action verb, and there needs to be a linking verb to have a predicate noun/pronoun/adjective.

It can't be D because the predicate noun is just that ... a noun (not a pronoun).

So ... what do you think between B and C? Reason it out.

I think it is B bcs it says or predicts that she will be the winner which is in the future
