First -- the subject and verb:
<u>WITCH | FLEW</u>
THE and AWFUL are adjectives and are placed on diagonal lines under WITCH.
IN FRONT is a prepositional phrase modifying FLEW. OF THE MOON is a prepositional phrase modifying FRONT.
