Alzheimer’s
Something I became more aware of was Alzheimer’s Disease. This disease gradually destroys a person ’s memory and ability to learn and carry out daily activities . In the long term it ,effectively changes your personality and behavior . There aren’t any cures for the Alzheimer disease and researchers can’t predict how fast someone will progress through the different stages of the disease. If founded early, diagnosis and treatment can slow the progression of Alzheimer’s symptoms.
This devastating disease has impacted my family. The things we used to do is very limited . Everyone has made changes in their virtual routine to care for my grandfather every since he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year. He has suffered a huge amount of changes with this illness . This fatal disease has a countless effect on your brain making you very forgetful. It kills your brain cells making them fragile and confused. Most people aren’t familiar with the changes of Alzheimer’s , how it shrinks the brain and causes seizures. That makes his brain shrink from days and hours to minutes, then to seconds and then to nothing. My granddad was a man filled with energy. He spent thirty-two years working and taking great care of his family. He was the sole provider for his children and wife. After he retired from work his health failed and that’s when we noticed the change in his behavior. But now ,his days or spent quietly in his room ,wordless staring at one thing countless. Pa Pa was a man of great dignity and honor. He went above and beyond his means to help any one. Alzheimer’s has impacted him and us in ways that can’t be recorded or documented by anyone. He would participate in any outdoor activity that someone had engaged in. He didn’t believe that women were suppose to do outdoor work. The worst part of this is that the older families member are concerned that this disease maybe inherited and could be passed on to their children; this causes stress on the family. Not ,in a million years , I thought that our family would have to deal with anything like this . We never experienced the lost of anyone in our immediate family even though he is still with us . The changes that we endure with him are very unbearable. Alzheimer’s Disease not only affects a persons mind but one’s appetite, too. Then you start to wonder how does one survives with no nutrition to nourishes the body. It eats away a person’s ability to function properly . The simple things we take for granted like getting dress, combing our hair, walking around and actually knowing where we are going at times is like winning the lottery ticket for someone with Alzheimer‘s . When I look at my grandfather and see what he’s dealing with, I cry with emotional tears inside, because I don’t like to be the one who brings the family down .
What my grandfather went though this summer has impacted me. I became aware of sickness no matter what it maybe. A headache, a toothache, or the chills could all be related to something serious, you just don’t know . We all should have regular check -ups . So we will know what’s happening to our bodies.

-6(x+3)=-6x+5
first, distribute the -6, resulting in:
-6x-18=-6x+5
as you can see, these two equations are not the same. if you simplify it further, you get:
-6x=-6x+23
for the second equation, after distributing the 8 and simplifying both sides, you get x=x, so x can be infinitely different numbers
Jem's description is so exaggerated that it could not have possibly come from an adult. As I recall, Jem says that Boo goes around scaring people at night, and eats dead cats. No mature adult would say these things about a socially awkward individual.
it is the same as 9x10^-4, or .0009
since G is on the perpendicular bisector of AH, then AG=BG. set the two equations as equal to each other and then solve
Need answers please
My fist guess was a),
but then
c) seems like a better answer
When I read it outloud
c) sounds better but according to rules you just sent me, it would be a).
I'm confused when it comes to this sentence. thanks
Thank you very much!
I think the answer is.
b) been discovered
It could also be
a) with puppy-dog eyes?
So it would read:
Having been discovered, Fifi looked up at his owner
Kind of doens't make sense to me.
Yes, I am guessing a)according to the comma rule 1:
Use a comma to separate the elements in a series (three or more things).
English is my 2nd language so I read and guess my best according to the rules, still I'm never too sure.
am I right?
Having been discovered, Fifi looked up at his owner with puppy-dog eyes.
First sentence is right. Second sentence 'the owner' didn't have puppy dog eyes.
So, I say remove c) his owner
and it will read
Having been discovered, Fifi looked up with puppy-dog eyes. ?
Wow!! Thanks, I really appreciate it!

The reason your voice matters is because its part of the way you want to be respected, spoken to, as well as you are part of a family of individuals. The fact that you have ideas of your own and you have values and an opinion is also why your voice should be heard. You have rights and priveleges and freedoms to be heard.
Think of it this way, when you wish to have a talk with your mom or dad you have a voice and you have things that need to be heard, listened to, and counted for matters that you deem important. These alone are why you have a say.
This is your country, your life, your home and your family. These are what give you that voice and your thoughts on things.
Hope that helps.
