These answers make absolutely no sense!! If there are 9 oak trees, how can there only be 4 trees total???
Let x = the total number of trees.
0.45x = 9
x = 9 / 0.45
x = 20
Let x = the total number of trees.
0.45x = 9
x = 9 / 0.45
x = 20
