double last equation, subtract from second:
-4y+z=-4
triple last equation, subtract from first.
2y -z=4
now add those two equations
-2y= 0
y=0
but -4y+z=-4 so Z=-4
then in the last, x=4
check: first equation
3*4+5*0+2(-4)=4 checks.
