Complete and balance each of the following equations. K2SO4(aq)+BaBr2(aq)→
Would it be K2SO4(aq)+BaBr2(aq)→K2Br2 +SO4Ba?
Express your answer as a chemical equation. Enter no reaction if no precipitate is formed.
(How can we know if a solid is formed in the product?)

K charge of +1
B charge of +2
SO4 charge of -2
Br charge of -1
to get the solution swap the charges.
mixing to ionic solution when mixing the metals switch places
so you get KBr and BaSO4
which is also K1Br1 Ba2(SO4)2
since the charges are the same you don't write them.
K2SO4= K2(SO4)1 BaCl2=Ba1Cl2 when the charge is one you don't write it.

I have a problem with the answer. Most is right but the equation should be
K2SO4(aq) + BaBr2(aq) ==> 2KBr(aq) + BaSO4(s).
Note: KBr is soluble; BaSO4 is not.
Next question is how do you know when a solid is formed. The answer is you memorize a set of solubility tables. Here is a simplified set.

I suggest you confirm from this table that KBr is soluble and BaSO4 is not.
