    Ex: 1^(1/2) = square root of 2 of(1^1)
= sqrt (1) = 1
Ex: 2^(3/2) = sqrt of 2 of (2^3)
= sqrt (8)
= 2 sqrt(2)
Basically do the exponent normally for the numerator and do a square root of the denominator number.
