No books on top of the bookcases.

Answer for A = 9 bookcases
943÷22 = 42 19/22 -> 43.
43÷5 = 8 3/5 -> 9 bookcases.
Answers for B
1st shelf = 22 books
2nd shelf = 22 books
3rd shelf = 19 books
4th shelf = 0 books
5th shelf = 0 books
