If 3 tan theta = 4, then evaluate : 3sintheta + 2costheta / 3sintheta – 2costheta

3tanθ = 4, so
tanθ = 3/4
That means that
sinθ = 3/5
cosθ = 4/5

Now just plug in the numbers
