Calculate the total force of the atmosphere acting on the top of a table that measures 1.9m×2.1m really have a clue how to start this

just look up atmospheric pressure. I know it's 14.7 lb/in^2, but I don't recall its metric value. Anyway, it will be in N/m^2.
So, just multiply pressure(N/m^2) * area(m^2) to get force.
