The base of a triangle is 11. The other two sides are integers and one of the sides is twice as long as the other. What is the shortest possible length of a side of the triangle?

Other side = 2X.
x + 2x > 11
3x > 11
X > 11/3
X > 3 2/3
X = 4 = Shortest possible length.
2X > 22/3
2X > 7 1/3
2X = 8.
Other side = 2X.

3x > 11
X > 11/3
X > 3 2/3
X = 4 = Shortest possible length.
