7s/1320ft * 1313ft = 6.96 s
assuming instant change in velocity.

Assuming a constant acceleration,

1/2 a*49 = 1320, so
a = 53.877 ft/s^2

Now, to get 1313 ft using the same acceleration, we have

53.877/2 t^2 = 1313
t = 6.98 s
