What characteristics and talents in addition to these do you possess that will make you a great leader and member of the class board and how do you exemplify those?

I don't really understand the part where it says "exemplifies" what does that mean?

Exemplify means to provide an example.

The question is asking you for examples of your leadership abilities.

Yes, but only if you're specific about what you contributed as a volunteer.

Characteristics and talents that will make me a great leader and member of Class Board is that I am helpful. Helping with homework, simple tasks, struggles that one faces, or providing ideas is a way of how I exemplify this characteristic. I also enjoy doing volunteer work. Every time I do volunteer work, I find myself gaining new skills and meeting new people.
