(-8, -4) and B (1, -5).
slope is (-5+4)/(1+8) = -1/9
You must have had either +8 or -1 for x.
#2) FG has slope (-5-7)/(-4-3) = 12/7
HI has slope (6-0)/(4+5) = 2/3
neither
#3) GH has slope 4
you want slope -1/4, so
y-3 = -1/4 (x-2)
y = -1/4 x + 7/2

A (-8, -4) and B (1, -5)
SLOPE = (-5 - -4)/ (1 - -8)
= (-5+4)/(1+8)
= -1/9
F(3,7) and G (-4, -5)
SLOPE = (-5 -7)/(-4-3) = 12/7
H(-1, 0) and I (4, 6)
SLOPE = (6-0)/(4 - -1) = 6/5
NOT PARALLEL AND NOT PERPENDICULAR
y=4x-3 AND (2,3)
3 = 4(2) + b
b = -5
SO
Y = 4 X - 5
SLOPE = (-5 - -4)/ (1 - -8)
= (-5+4)/(1+8)
= -1/9
F(3,7) and G (-4, -5)
SLOPE = (-5 -7)/(-4-3) = 12/7
H(-1, 0) and I (4, 6)
SLOPE = (6-0)/(4 - -1) = 6/5

b = -5

Y = 4 X - 5

Looks like you need to review how to find the slope of a line between two points:
change.in.y divided by change.in.x
and the point-slope form of a line.
point (h,k) with slope m is
y-k = m(x-h)
change.in.y divided by change.in.x
and the point-slope form of a line.
point (h,k) with slope m is
y-k = m(x-h)
