5 y = -3x + 2
y = (-3/5) x + something
slope of line = -3/5
so our line has form
y = (-3/5) x + b
3 = (-3/5)2 + b
15/5 = -6/5 + b
b = 21/5
so
y = (-3/5) x + 21/5
5 y = -3 x + 21

3 x + 5 y = 21
