The perimeter of a rectangle is 15 ins. The lenqth is 3 ins. lonqer than 5 times the width. Find the length

None of the answers is correct since all but one is larger than the perimeter. It also can't be 12 since the rectangle would have to be at least 12 by 12 by 1 by 1: a minimum of 26 inches perimeter.
