2+2 = 5 for relatively large values of 2.

How about this?

let a = 2, and b = 2

then a^2 - b^2 = a-b
(a+b)(a-b) = a-b
divide both sides by a-b

a+b = 1
then 2+2 = 1
and 4 = 1

nice , eh?
