Let's assume it is, you can easily change the solution if it considered not to be.

So with the ace, there are 9 hearts less than 10 (A,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)

so the prob is (9/52)(8/51)(7/50) = 21/5525

or

the prob is C(9,3)/C(52,3) = 84/22100 = 21/5525
