Write an equation of the line that passes through(6, -10) and is parallel to the line x = 5.

1 answer

Won't the line x = 5 be a vertocal line parallel to the y axis and passing through x = 5? Then could we make a line parallel to this passing through x = 6 (another vertical line). Wouldn't that line pass through -10? Check my thinking.
