Would negative effects of appearance be an example of illusion of invulnerability for smokers? By that I mean like yellow teeth and so on

We don't see yellow teeth. But -- more importantly -- we don't care!
Smoking was cool for many years. When I was growing up, all of the movie stars smoked -- and we never noticed negative appearances. That's a new concept about smokers.
