Without graphing, identify the slope and the y-intercept.

y = -4x + 5

1 answer

All real linear equations are given in the form, y=mx+b.
m=slope. Sorta like how steep or flat the line is.
b=y-intercept, or where the line crosses the y axis.
Hope this helped. You can probably figure this out from here. If not, just post more questions. Peace.
