why is patience important for business?

I'm not a business person, but I'll give this my best shot. Quite frankly, some customers are very annoying and frustrating and demanding. A good business person should be able to tolerate all their complaints and needs and frustrations while politely serving them. The only way to do that is through patience. And waiting for a business to grow after investing in it can take some time, too. I hope this helped. Peace.
