You need to look up the definition of a chemical change. A chemical change is one in which the products are not the same as the reactants. In other words the composition has changed. For example, melting water (H2O) from solid ice to liquid water (still H2O) to steam (still H2O) is not a chemical change. These are phase changes (physical changes) but not chemical changes because the composition of ice, liquid water, and steam are the same; i.e. H2O.
