I think it may vary in some states. It's not D. The president must be a "natural born" citizen of the U.S. I don't think that's a requirement in every state, certainly not a "natural born" citizen of the state. And it can't be A, that would make no sense in any state. B and C may vary, though. Go with what your text materials say.
