Then the secret is in what chapter you are studying. It may be electronegativity and how that affects the reactivity. Or it may be about the reactivity of elements in the periodic table. Whatever chapter it is, my best guess is that the most reactive element is F but it isn't because it has 7 electrons. F is the most active element in the periodic table because it has the highest electronegativity of all of the elements. I might point out the F, Cl, Br, I, At all have seven valence electrons so the seven valence electrons isn't the reason for F being the most reactive.
