I doubt if North American racial ideologies had much effect on Latin America during those years. The conquerors and colonists of North America -- Canada, U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean islands, and Central America -- held a variety of racial views. At first, some colonists tried to use the indigenous peoples as slaves. It didn't work.
Then, a few parts of North America imported Africans as slaves. Because of this, the U.S. Constitution did not recognize slaves as full citizens. This was corrected after the U.S. Civil War ended in 1865.
Where can I find a complete description about North American racial ideologies from 1500 to 1830 and their effects on Latin American Racial ideologies? Does this mean the transition from slavery to freedom?

Hi ! I'd just like to say I'm actually attempting to write the exact same essay you are.
Is it from this years AP World History test?
If it is, the question isn't how did they effect each other. It is to compare how each of the places effected their society.
this might help? lol sorry if it doesn't!
