When you are alphabetizing musical group names, what beginning words do you ignore? For example, “An Extension of Him” or “The Helpful Crew” or “In His Name?”

Thanks.

You'd ignore "An" and "The" -- also "A" -- alphebetize by the next word.
No word is ignored in your third example.
According to this and several other sites, we omit beginning articles (A, An, The) when alphabetizing.

Extension of Him, An
Helpful Crew, The
In His name
